Sailors and Marines man the rails aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) as the ship arrives in Pearl Harbor for a scheduled port visit.
Isn't that a beautiful sight to see! It makes me proud that they chose the name of this powerful carrier from the name of a president we all will remember.
