Another photo clue shown here to help solve the Mill Park Mystery

The Heilig-Geist-Spital 
with the Pegnitz River flowing through the arches

The Spital was a restaurant on the Pegnitz River and a survivor of the historical Holy Spirit Hospital in Old Towne Nuremberg.  A typical German meal served there consisted of Schweinshaze (Pork Knuckles), Spaetzles (German dumpling or noodle), Rotkraut (red cabbage), Hard rolls, and Franken Wine.
